What you will do

• Identify and analyze optimization opportunities involving materials, components, specifications, and manufacturing processes.
• Build cost-impact analyses and validate that proposed changes maintain or improve quality, reliability, functionality, and performance.
• Partner with Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, site leadership, and process engineers to align execution plans.
• Support implementation at manufacturing sites, track milestones and documentation, and monitor savings delivery against targets.
• Prepare reports and presentations covering project progress, roadblocks, and delivery status.
• Contribute to benchmarking, complexity reduction, standardization, change management, and compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• Four to six years of professional experience in engineering, value engineering, process engineering, or related manufacturing roles.
• Strong understanding of material specifications, industrial systems, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to perform basic cost analysis and technical evaluations.
• Experience working with complex data, reporting platforms, and structured project documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, including defining problems, collecting relevant data, and drawing actionable conclusions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.

Nice to have

• Experience in a cross-functional manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Experience with benchmarking, operational complexity reduction, consolidation, or standardization.
