Location: Must be based in New Albany, OH (Onsite)

Salary: $37.95 – $41.50/hourly

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate master services agreements, purchase orders, and SOWs.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle from intake and approvals to renewals and closeout.
• Mitigate commercial and legal risks in collaboration with legal, risk, and insurance departments.
• Define payment terms, milestones, and freight terms in support of category managers.
• Act as a primary liaison between business unit partners and external suppliers.
• Coordinate the delivery of high-value manufactured equipment and materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or supply chain, or 4 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant customer service or procurement experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Must be able to work onsite in New Albany, OH.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Maximo software.
• Experience using DocuSign for contract execution.
