Associate Director, Talent Acquisition (AI)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States. Hybrid work is available remotely up to two days per week, or the role may be performed on-site five days per week.

Salary: $146,400–$219,600 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus and annual equity awards.

What you will do

• Design and execute recruitment strategies using organic attraction methods and external staffing partnerships.
• Build near-term and long-term talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, research, market mapping, and industry relationships.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to translate workforce planning data into hiring action plans.
• Advise hiring managers on interview-team roles, interviewing approaches, talent decisions, and candidate evaluation.
• Manage recruiting initiatives, project timelines, risks, resources, candidate care, offers, and candidate closing.
• Develop the talent acquisition organization through networking, cross-functional projects, and external relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
• Typically 8 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated expertise and a successful track record in talent acquisition best practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, consulting, and cross-functional relationship-building skills.
• Ability to communicate complex issues to internal and external stakeholders.
• Digital and AI fluency, including the use of AI-powered tools and digital platforms across sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and data-driven hiring.
