What you will do

• Administer and maintain Windows Server and workstation environments.
• Provide Tier II/III technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage VMware virtual infrastructure and perform routine system maintenance.
• Execute vulnerability remediation and implement Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG).
• Support ACAS vulnerability scanning and assist with security compliance efforts.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and configuration records.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret Security Clearance required prior to start.
• Must be able to work on-site in a classified government environment.
• 4–8 years of experience supporting enterprise Windows environments.
• Experience with VMware virtualization and enterprise network infrastructure.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and system hardening.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
