Location: Hybrid (Manchester, UK). Must be able to work 3-4 days per week in the office, with the first 3 months being full-time onsite.

What you will do
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, answering questions and resolving queries.
- Handle inbound calls, respond to emails, and manage a secure messaging system.
- Ensure all interactions align with service level agreements (SLAs) and compliance policies.
- Work within a fast-paced client services environment to support the product range.
- Collaborate with the telephone support team to deliver award-winning service.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs grades 9-4 (A*-C) or equivalent, including Maths and English.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Manchester for a hybrid schedule (3-4 days in office).
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Competence with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Previous experience in contact centres or financial services.
