What you will do

• Operate machines and tools including Brake Presses, Lasers, and automated Presses safely.
• Verify part accuracy using functional gauges and devices to ensure they are made correctly.
• Interpret blueprints to produce parts according to strict print specifications.
• Perform Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tasks according to standard work.
• Complete required production paperwork, including in-process verifications and control charts.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Working knowledge of blueprint reading.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Capability to perform multiple fabrication processes adhering to standard work.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team.
• Willingness to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
