What you will do

• Fabricate, assemble, maintain, and repair metal parts and tools using manual machining equipment.
• Operate Farrel grinders, lathes, mills, and drill presses with high precision.
• Interpret blueprints, sketches, and oral instructions to visualize and create required components.
• Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and other lifting devices safely.
• Perform fine, controlled muscular movements to adjust control mechanisms and manipulate small objects.
• Ensure all work conforms to quality requirements through inspection and adherence to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a skilled machinist with a completed apprenticeship, or 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in operating manual machining equipment and grinding machines.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, sketches, and graphic instructions.
• Must be able to work onsite in Green Bay, WI.
• Ability to understand and effectively communicate in English.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, and coordinate simultaneous limb movements.
