What you will do

• Ensure adherence to the Occupational Safety and Health Act and related local and international regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments during design, manufacturing, and operational phases to mitigate chemical, physical, and ergonomic risks.
• Develop and implement health and safety plans, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Permit-to-Work, and emergency response procedures.
• Perform regular safety audits and inspections of facilities, machinery, and processes to recommend corrective actions.
• Investigate accidents and near-misses to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.
• Conduct safety training for employees and contractors to promote a strong safety culture.

Requirements

• Level A Occupational Safety/Health Management Specialist certification (mandatory).
• Experience in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating occupational hazards.
• Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and safety audits.
• Ability to work onsite in Linkou, Taiwan.
