What you will do

• Manage and develop operational managers and Team Leaders to ensure high-quality installation delivery.
• Lead field-based direct labour teams and subcontractor partners across a large geographical area.
• Deliver installation volume, productivity, and capacity targets for heat pumps, solar PV, and battery storage.
• Manage operational budgets, labour costs, overtime, and subcontractor spend to improve margins.
• Oversee regional performance via operational dashboards and drive continuous improvement across the business.
• Handle complex customer complaints and high-risk operational escalations.

Requirements

• Significant operational leadership experience, specifically managing other managers.
• Background in field-based, construction, installation, utilities, heating, or renewable energy environments.
• Experience operating across multiple regions or within a national business model.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead teams at scale.
