What you will do

• Lead the delivery of primary and secondary research, including literature reviews, competitor analysis, and consumer research.
• Distill research findings into strategic and creative opportunities for diverse clients across various sectors.
• Develop and facilitate ideation workshops to create and refine effective behavioural interventions.
• Manage day-to-day client communications, project timelines, and budgets while maintaining high standards of excellence.
• Participate in business development by drafting new proposals and contributing to agency pitches.
• Collaborate across practices to develop skills in Brand & Marketing Innovation, Business Transformation, and Sustainability.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in London, United Kingdom
• Undergraduate degree in psychology, biology, economics, or social sciences (Masters or higher is beneficial).
• 4-6 years of experience in consultancy, client strategy, or a similar strategic professional services role.
• Fluent knowledge of behaviour change principles, heuristics, biases, and behavioural economics.
• Proven ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative research from academic and complex data sets.
• AI Experience: Must have AI capability integrated into your professional workflow
