What you will do

• Underwrite and service a portfolio including E&O, EPL, ML, and cyber coverages for professional service firms.
• Negotiate program structures, premiums, retentions, and terms and conditions with brokers.
• Analyze insureds' exposures, including financial stability, risk management posture, and cyber hygiene.
• Lead client and underwriter meetings to quantify and assess insurance risks.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of economic and legal events impacting the insurance industry.
• Cross-sell company products and services to existing customers.

Requirements

• Must be based in Bermuda to work from the 2 Front Street office.
• 5+ years of experience in professional liability.
• Recent focus on E&O, EPL, ML and/or cyber product lines.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and develop positive broker relationships.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
