Location: London, UK (Hybrid working arrangements available).

What you will do

  • Support the development and maintenance of the global transfer pricing framework across Asset Management and Insurance segments.
  • Advise on transfer pricing implications of business restructurings, integrations, and organizational transformations.
  • Identify and monitor permanent establishment risks across global operations.
  • Oversee the preparation of transfer pricing documentation, including Master Files, Local Files, and benchmarking studies.
  • Lead responses to tax authority audits and dispute resolution initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members within the International Tax function.

Requirements

  • Minimum five years of direct transfer pricing experience in industry or professional services.
  • Strong technical knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and international principles.
  • Proven experience in transfer pricing planning, documentation, and controversy management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical matters to non-tax stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder influencing capabilities.
  • Professional qualification such as CTA, ACA, ACCA, or CA is highly desirable.
