What you will do

• Oversee and support the DA Analyst and Technician in daily operations and query resolution.
• Manage workflow monitoring, including pre and post-bind activities and DCOM entry reviews.
• Conduct quarterly deep-dive DA Controls reviews and produce monthly and quarterly reports.
• Approve contract endorsements and action post-approval changes.
• Monitor performance against hirify.global DA requirements and investigate instances of non-adherence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve processes and practices.

Requirements

• Experience in a technical delegated authority role within the Lloyd’s Market.
• Practical experience conducting Lloyd’s Coverholder due diligence.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and concise information presentation.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
