What you will do

• Design custom memory modules for high-performance server and embedded applications.
• Create PCB component footprints and multi-layer (4-16 layers) stack-ups.
• Implement signal topologies and constraints using Allegro Constraint Manager.
• Perform routing of differential pairs and controlled impedance lines with tight length matching.
• Develop fabrication and assembly drawings and release complete PCB packages, including Gerber files.
• Lead placement and post-layout review meetings, including DFM reviews.

Requirements

• BS in Electronics or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in the PCB design field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Cadence Allegro and Orcad Capture.
• Expertise in High-Speed Digital System Design and High-Density Interconnect (HDI) methodology.
• Experience with Power Supply and Analog circuit designs.
• Ability to interpret manufacturer data sheets and interface directly with customers.

Nice to have

• MS degree in Electronics.
• Working knowledge of JEDEC DDR3, DDR4, and DDR5 standards.
• Experience with invention disclosure and the patent process.
