What you will do

• Manage programs from the ground up, including client management, solution design, and quality testing.
• Oversee project finances, maintaining financial summaries and drafting SOWs for new work.
• Develop and lead new Points of View (POVs) and innovation initiatives to enable business development.
• Design analytics solutions for business development and supply-side pharmaceutical use cases.
• Train, develop, and mentor delivery teams and junior staff as a Professional Development Manager.
• Grow external client engagements and own the strategic relationship between the client and the firm.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Life Sciences.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing analytics, strategy, and commercial operations in consulting.
• Deep expertise in commercial pharmaceutical and life sciences industry use cases.
• Broad experience with analytics tools: Tableau, Power BI, IQVIA, Veeva, Symphony, SAS, R, Python, and AWS.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their practical business applications.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
