Salary: $106,000 - $136,000 Annually

What you will do

• Lead and enforce consistent engineering standards across multiple product teams.
• Drive modernization initiatives including code refactoring and technical debt reduction.
• Oversee continuous software delivery pipelines and release management activities.
• Architect performance tuning and scalability enhancements for complex systems.
• Ensure all capabilities comply with federal security standards and DISA STIGs.
• Collaborate with government leadership and vendors to prioritize technical backlogs.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance required
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE, CySA+, or CCNA Security)
• 9+ years of relevant systems engineering or infrastructure experience
• Strong operational understanding of CI/CD pipelines and software delivery architectures
• Experience with enterprise tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity in Kearneysville, WV

Nice to have

• Experience supporting U.S. Coast Guard or DHS programs
• AWS/Azure Certified Solutions Architect or VMware VCP/VVC certifications
• Advanced knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes, Tanzu, OpenShift)
