Salary: $109,474 - $138,491 USD

What you will do

• Manage and coordinate the deployment, development, and expansion of the technology operations environment.
• Provide third-tier support for Service Desk and Tier-2 support for System Administrators.
• Identify potential operational service problems and develop technical solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers and leadership to find cost-effective hardware and software solutions.
• Monitor system stability and capacity, developing long-term strategies for infrastructure and telecommunications.
• Create new technical processes and detailed documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or relevant technology certifications.
• 4-8 years of experience implementing systems and networking in large managed environments.
• Expertise in M365 technologies, AVD, Cloud PC, Power Platform, and SharePoint Online.
• Knowledge of virtualization, Citrix, SAN, and various server operating systems.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding restricted states mentioned in location).
• Ability to provide non-cellular High Speed Internet (Fiber, DSL, or cable) with minimum 30x5 Mbps and latency under 80ms.
