Clinical Account Specialist (Medtech): Driving the adoption and organic growth of the EEG platform within acute and critical care centers with an accent on physician education, workflow optimization, and clinical protocol development. Focus on building strong relationships with clinical stakeholders, managing new account launches, and leveraging data to expand the install base across the East Coast.
Location: Must be based in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, or New York and be able to travel 80%-90% of the time.
Salary: $120,000–$180,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Expand the use of technology within existing customer bases and launch new customer sites.
- Educate and train physicians and clinical staff on the proper clinical usage of products.
- Partner with clinicians to identify and establish protocols for patients at risk of seizure.
- Manage administrative tasks and reporting via Salesforce.
- Troubleshoot workflow solutions for hospital departments.
- Collaborate with the local Territory Manager to drive regional growth strategies.
Requirements
- Must be based in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, or New York and live near a major airport.
- Must be able to travel 80%-90% of the time.
- 3+ years of recent critical care sales experience OR 5+ years of medical device/pharma sales experience OR RN with industry experience.
- Strong project management skills to support new account launches.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and challenge the status quo through consensus building.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Startup experience or experience with disruptive technology.
- Neuro ICU clinical experience.
