What you will do

  • Proactively manage a book of mid-market customers and build strategic advisor relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Connect platform usage to business goals and build compelling ROI stories for clients.
  • Apply a consulting approach to diagnose root causes of customer challenges and recommend strategic solutions.
  • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities in partnership with the Customer Account Manager.
  • Lead customer engagement cadences, including success planning, relationship mapping, and Executive Business Reviews.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to the product team and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Experience owning a portfolio of B2B SaaS accounts focused on value, adoption, and growth.
  • Demonstrated consulting mindset with structured, hypothesis-driven problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of engaging C-suite stakeholders and translating platform value into business outcomes.
  • Expertise in CRM or marketing-technology and fluency with AI-native products.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas simply.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for onsite client meetings.

Nice to have

  • Prior management consulting or marketing industry experience.
  • Experience with data activation and automation tools.
  • Practical, applied use of AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
  • Familiarity with APIs, HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
  • Fluency in Mandarin.
