What you will do

• Supervise and mentor a team of sourcing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
• Execute sourcing projects using category-level strategies to maximize savings and achieve commercial goals.
• Lead the creation, review, and negotiation of contracts, ensuring favorable legal and commercial terms.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential supplier-related risks.
• Manage supplier relationships and measure actual performance against negotiated SLAs and quality metrics.
• Execute competitive bids to identify and secure the best-value suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Proficiency in procurement systems and tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
