What you will do

• Pitch and develop compelling storylines, quests, and character arcs within an established fantasy setting.
• Create and maintain narrative documentation including scripts, dialogue, and character summaries.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure narrative content aligns with gameplay and project goals.
• Drive narrative content from concept through production, ensuring high-quality iteration and refinement.
• Design branching dialogue and quest structures that support player agency and engagement.
• Mentor junior team members and provide constructive feedback on narrative materials.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience developing narrative content for RPGs, including quests, characters, and branching dialogue.
• Strong understanding of narrative design and game design principles.
• Demonstrated ability to iterate content from concept through production.
• Experience creating original content within established franchises or IPs.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working across multiple disciplines.
