• Own a product area end-to-end from discovery through shipped outcomes.
• Build AI-native experiences that define how agents interact with users and data.
• Solve deep structural product problems that cut across multiple surfaces.
• Use AI tools to build working prototypes rather than relying solely on PRDs.
• Define success frameworks for AI quality, adoption, and user behavior change.
• Operate with high agency to identify and solve the most impactful problems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of shipping reliable products.
• Genuinely AI-forward mindset with experience automating real-world workflows.
• Technical fluency in AI including understanding LLMs, model tradeoffs, retrieval, and prompt design.
• High agency and ability to thrive in ambiguous environments without a defined roadmap.
• Strong product taste for AI interactions, transparency, and user trust.
• User empathy for non-technical users managing complex data.
