What you will do

• Develop probabilistic models for identity resolution and design methodologies for linking on-platform and off-platform actions.
• Lead the statistical rigor for Brand and Conversion Lift products through innovative experimental design and high-velocity testing.
• Define strategies for new signal sources and quantify their value to improve bidding efficiency and ROAS.
• Create objective functions and truth sets to validate identity and measure the incremental impact of the identity graph.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales to drive strategic goals and mentor team members on modeling and measurement best practices.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or Operations Research.
• 10+ years of industry experience for M.S. holders or 6+ years for Ph.D. holders.
• Deep understanding of the ads ecosystem and expertise in measurement, identity graphs, or predictive modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in Python or R and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of experimental design, causal inference, or A/B testing methodologies.
• Must be based in the United States.
