TL;DR

Foundry Solutions Business Development (Semiconductor): Driving customer engagement and adoption of hirify.global Foundry Services for U.S. Government and defense customers with an accent on technical solution design and federal procurement. Location: Hybrid in Washington, D.C. or Fairfax, Virginia. U.S. Citizenship and Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance required.

Salary: $140,230 – $285,410 USD

What you will do

  • Design tailored hirify.global Foundry solutions to meet specific government and defense mission requirements.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial customer engagement through delivery.
  • Develop technical proposals, reference architectures, and proof-of-concept solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to validate feasibility and optimize silicon designs.
  • Drive competitive positioning, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
  • Manage business opportunity pipelines and forecasting within CRM systems.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship and Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance required (ability to obtain TS/SCI).
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business Development, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in semiconductor, silicon, or integrated hardware/software solutions.
  • 4+ years of experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes and foundry business models.
  • Proven experience navigating federal contracting and procurement processes.

Nice to have

  • Postgraduate degree in a relevant technical or business field.
  • Active US Government TS/SCI Security Clearance.
  • Experience with advanced process nodes (7nm and below).
  • Expertise in consultative, solution-based selling approaches.
