What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data analysts, ensuring high-quality delivery across all workstreams.
- Drive the strategic planning and execution of risk initiatives using data to identify and evaluate performance opportunities.
- Own the end-to-end analytics cycle, from building reporting systems to running A/B tests and conducting ad-hoc analysis.
- Oversee the monitoring of key performance metrics to translate insights into measurable business improvements.
- Pilot and implement new tools and initiatives to improve the efficiency of collections processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics and at least 1 year in a leadership role managing analytical teams.
- Proven track record in fintech, big tech, or other fast-scaling, data-driven environments.
- Strong technical proficiency in SQL and Python, and hands-on experience with Tableau or similar visualization tools.
- Solid experience in designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests to support strategy decisions.
- English: B2 or higher required for effective communication within an international team.
