Location: Must be based in Bulgaria, Georgia, Lithuania, Mexico, Moldova, Poland, or Ukraine and maintain daily overlap with the US team until at least 12:30 PM Pacific Time.

What you will do
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and provide actionable business recommendations.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.
- Collaborate with business leaders and product teams to translate reporting needs into BI solutions.
- Work with data engineers on data models, pipelines, and integration across systems.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support operational needs and strategic decision-making.
- Develop and track KPIs and performance metrics to improve data usage across the organization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
- Must maintain daily overlap with the US team until at least 12:30 PM Pacific Time.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake.
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and modern data stacks.
Nice to have
- Experience with healthcare, EMR/EHR, or health insurance data.
- Knowledge of FHIR or HL7 interoperability standards.
- Experience with AWS data services or Python/R for analysis.
- Familiarity with AI-ready data architectures and data governance.
