Senior Data Analyst (Healthcare BI)

Location: Bulgaria, Georgia, Lithuania, Mexico, Moldova, Poland, or Ukraine. Daily overlap with the US team is required until at least 12:30 PM Pacific Time.

Salary: EUR 5,700–6,600 gross per month, depending on hiring location and experience.

hirify.global is delivering a data modernization project for a clinician-founded US healthcare organization providing integrated mental health care through a telehealth-first hybrid model.

What you will do

• Analyze large healthcare and business datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Create, maintain, and improve interactive Tableau dashboards and BI reports.
• Translate reporting needs from business leaders, product teams, and other stakeholders into BI solutions.
• Collaborate with data and analytics engineers on data models, pipelines, and system integrations.
• Develop KPIs, performance metrics, and measurement frameworks while supporting ad-hoc analysis.
• Validate data accuracy, consistency, and integrity and improve reporting efficiency and data governance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, analytics engineering, or a related role.
• Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar BI tools.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets in cloud data warehouses.
• Experience with modern data platforms and tools such as Snowflake, dbt, semantic layers, and BI systems.
• Understanding of ETL/ELT, data warehousing, data modeling, and data integration.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher and daily overlap with the US team until at least 12:30 PM Pacific Time are required.

Nice to have

• Healthcare, payer, EMR/EHR, health insurance, Athenahealth, or Revenue Cycle Management data experience.
• Knowledge of FHIR or HL7 interoperability standards.
• AWS data services, event-driven data architectures, or AI-ready data architecture experience.
• Python or R for data analysis.
• BI tool certifications, an advanced degree, or relevant professional certifications.
