What you will do

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and provide actionable business recommendations.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.
• Collaborate with business leaders and product teams to translate reporting needs into BI solutions.
• Work with data engineers on data models, pipelines, and integration across systems.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support operational needs and strategic decision-making.
• Develop and track KPIs and performance metrics to improve data usage across the organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
• Must maintain daily overlap with the US team until at least 12:30 PM Pacific Time.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and modern data stacks.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare, EMR/EHR, or health insurance data.
• Knowledge of FHIR or HL7 interoperability standards.
• Experience with AWS data services or Python/R for analysis.
• Familiarity with AI-ready data architectures and data governance.
