What you will do

• Gather and analyze data requirements from Finance, Treasury, Reconciliation, and AML stakeholders.
• Define key metrics and develop reports and dashboards for financial and operational processes.
• Independently analyze card processing data and payment infrastructure.
• Support critical financial functions including reconciliation and settlement.
• Collaborate with Data, BI, and Engineering teams to implement data solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in a data role within a fintech company.
• Hands-on experience with card processing data and Visa/Mastercard payment systems.
• Deep understanding of the card transaction lifecycle (authorization, clearing, settlement, reconciliation).
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
• English and Russian language proficiency.
• Must be based in Cyprus for hybrid work.
