Senior Product Manager (Data Infrastructure)

Senior Product Manager (Data Infrastructure): Designing and managing the strategy for integrations and data infrastructure to power public safety workflows with an accent on data modeling, governance, and API scalability. Location: Remote (USA). Priority hubs: Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, New York City, San Francisco, and Austin.

Salary: $160,000 – $190,000

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end integration strategy across CAD, RMS, and third-party agency systems using automation and AI.
• Define standards for data modeling, governance, and trust, ensuring source attribution and auditability.
• Build intuitive search, mapping, and investigative experiences to accelerate customer workflows.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, GTM teams, and executive leadership to deliver scalable platform capabilities.
• Lead product roadmaps and prioritize technical projects based on customer needs and regulatory realities.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of product management experience in technical platforms, data, or infrastructure.
• Strong technical fluency in APIs, data models, event streams, webhooks, and distributed systems.
• Experience managing large-scale data ingestion and normalization from multiple sources.
• Experience working with sensitive, regulated, or mission-critical data.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to obtain and maintain CJIS certification, including a fingerprint-based background check.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with criminal justice data, CJIS, law enforcement records, and data retention policies.
