What you will do

• Serve as the central coordination point for regulatory examinations and internal audit engagements.
• Support FCRM issues management by promoting complete documentation and well-structured action plans.
• Develop and maintain AML/ATF/Sanctions/ABAC programs, policies, and specialized training.
• Conduct periodic and event-driven reviews of customers to assess risks.
• Prepare summaries, presentations, and briefing notes for the FCRM Senior Executive Team.
• Act as a technical expert and liaison between business, Compliance, Legal, and oversight functions.

Requirements

• Must have authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of relevant experience (or 3+ years with a Bachelor's degree).
• Strong knowledge of risk management, audit, and compliance testing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to senior stakeholders.
