What you will do

• Design and develop multi-step, API-driven agentic AI workflows.
• Integrate and normalize multi-modal data sources for clinical applications.
• Implement RAG and grounding controls to ensure output reliability and traceability.
• Collaborate with clinicians and researchers to translate operational needs into measurable AI deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and refine AI agents to augment existing healthcare software.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Los Angeles, CA.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with full-stack development (JavaScript, Node.js).
• Demonstrated experience deploying LLM applications, including tool calling and workflow orchestration.
• Familiarity with security and privacy best practices for sensitive healthcare data.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen.
• Knowledge of cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP) and secure operations.
• Background in multi-agent systems, reinforcement learning, or fine-tuning.
• Experience with human-in-the-loop safeguards and escalation design.
