What you will do

• Analyze healthcare claims (e.g., CMS) and national surveys/databases (e.g., MEPS).
• Construct, clean, and statistically model large datasets using SAS, Python, or R.
• Maintain rigorous quality assurance and accurate documentation for all programs.
• Translate complex data findings into memos, briefs, and reports tailored to client needs.
• Contribute to the design and methodology of research studies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Health Policy, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 3-5 years of quantitative research experience in health policy or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Programmer or Data Analyst developing code, including joins and macros.
• Proficiency in SAS is required; experience with Python and R is strongly preferred.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis (no visa sponsorship available).
