What you will do
- Analyze large and complex healthcare claims datasets to support payment integrity and program objectives.
- Develop and optimize analytical datasets, reports, and dashboards using Databricks.
- Collaborate with program managers and government clients to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Perform advanced analysis to identify payment trends, anomalies, and overpayment opportunities.
- Validate and monitor claims data to ensure compliance with data governance standards.
- Present findings and provide analytical recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Databricks.
- Demonstrated experience working with complex healthcare claims data.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting federal healthcare agencies or programs.
- Background in healthcare payment integrity or claims auditing.
- Experience working in Agile project environments.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python.
