What you will do

• Provide hardware quality engineering support for defined product areas.
• Plan, execute, and document design quality tests to ensure defect-free and robust hardware.
• Utilize root cause analysis to identify, reproduce, and resolve technical problems.
• Assist with test automation for product development, integration, and performance benchmarking.
• Participate in design reviews to improve product reliability and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor production processes to identify issues and contribute to corrective action strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Quality Engineering.
• Proficiency in using Jira for test case management.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to assist with test automation and performance benchmarking.
• Must be able to work onsite in North Canton, Ohio.
