What you will do

• Perform validation and verification testing for new features and product patches.
• Develop and maintain robust automated test pipelines within a continuous integration environment.
• Assess code coverage and identify testing gaps to improve software quality.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to provide Quality Assurance subject matter expertise.
• Automate manual tasks using scripting and appropriate testing tools.
• Coordinate with management and internal teams to align testing with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related field.
• 8+ years of industry experience in software testing or development.
• Strong experience in test planning, design, and analysis.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java or Python.
• Familiarity with DevOps concepts and tools such as Jenkins.
• Experience with bug-tracking software like JIRA or Rally.

Nice to have

• Experience with Mainframe computing environments.
• Relevant professional certifications such as ISTQB.
• Postgraduate coursework or a Master's degree.
