Quality Supervisor

TL;DR

Quality Supervisor (Manufacturing/Injection Molding): Lead on-site day-to-day work of the QC team, overseeing visual and dimensional inspection of factory-produced parts with an accent on GD&T interpretation, inspection programming/troubleshooting, and part disposition decisions. Focus on driving continuous improvement to reduce rework and nonconformance while maintaining compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.

What you will do

• Lead inspectors and technicians across visual and dimensional inspection processes.
• Oversee daily inspection activities and department areas across shifts.
• Interpret drawings and support GD&T understanding for inspection work.
• Train team members on inspection methods, processes, and equipment; build inspection capability.
• Partner with Design, Engineering, and Quality to improve inspection and quality processes.
• Support external audits and maintain compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and related certifications; drive continuous improvement using process performance data.

Requirements

• Associates or technical degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent manufacturing work experience.
• 2+ years of experience working within a quality system.
• 2+ years of supervision experience.
• Experience with ISO 9001.
• Knowledge of quality systems, inspections, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
• U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency (green card), or refugee/asylee status required; temporary visas (e.g., E, F-1, H-1, H-2, L, B, J, TN, OPT) are not eligible.
