What you will do

• Manage user accounts, profiles, permissions, and roles within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Build, maintain, and support Salesforce CPQ implementations and the Quote-to-Cash product suite.
• Customize the platform using declarative tools such as Flows, Validation Rules, and Page Layouts.
• Maintain data integrity through deduplication, data imports, and exports.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to facilitate data-driven business decisions.
• Collaborate on release management, testing new features, and overall system optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).
• Proficiency with Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Einstein.
• Experience with Flows, Validation Rules, and CRM analytics.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certifications.
• Experience with Tableau, DocuSign, Pardot, or Data Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira.
• Experience with data migration tools like Data Loader or Data Import Wizard.
