• Partner with business leaders to manage financial performance across revenue and expenditure.
• Implement planning frameworks, mechanisms, and reporting systems to drive accountability.
• Optimize financial close, planning, and reforecast cycles for increased efficiency.
• Design and implement reporting cadences for the board and executive leadership level.
• Collaborate with investor relations to refine the growth narrative and investment thesis.
• Coordinate with accounting, tax, and treasury teams to achieve organizational finance goals.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in finance or quantitative fields.
• Deep FP&A experience within global SaaS companies.
• Prior GAAP and Corporate FP&A experience at a US public company (must-have).
• Strong expertise in complex financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for collaborating with senior leadership.
• Proven ability to bring structure to chaotic environments with high adaptability.
