What you will do

• Lead company-wide programs for AI-assisted engineering workflows and agentic development.
• Translate strategy into executable programs across code review, LLM access, and developer environments.
• Define the operating model for AI-native productivity, including guardrails and success metrics.
• Create alignment across infrastructure, security, and executive stakeholders to resolve ownership ambiguity.
• Develop measurement systems (DORA, SPACE) to distinguish real productivity from vanity metrics.
• Drive AI governance ensuring security, cost management, and operational safety.

Requirements

• 14+ years of experience in TPM, engineering, infrastructure, or AI tooling.
• Proven track record of leading multi-year, multi-organization technical programs with executive visibility.
• Deep fluency in CI/CD, observability, and developer productivity systems.
• Ability to reason about agent workflows, LLM governance, and operational risk.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Expert-level cross-functional communication and change management skills.

• Experience with LLM platforms and agentic workflows in enterprise environments.
• Experience building adoption strategies for internal developer platforms.
