What you will do

• Lead strategic planning and high-velocity execution for SGP core capabilities, including orchestration layers, model serving, and APIs.
• Manage complex technical dependencies across systems engineering, Core ML, Research, and Product teams.
• Translate infrastructure metrics, such as GPU utilization and LLM inference optimization, into actionable roadmaps.
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks associated with massive-scale GenAI infrastructure and global deployments.
• Establish agile processes to increase developer velocity and define SLOs for production-grade reliability.
• Track and report SGP adoption metrics and engineering bottlenecks directly to executive leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a TPM, PM, or Software Engineer with a record of shipping technical platforms from scratch.
• 3+ years of experience managing programs focused on cloud-native ecosystems (AWS/GCP), Kubernetes, or distributed systems.
• Foundational understanding of the Generative AI lifecycle, including GPU/CPU cluster utilization and data pipelines.
• Proven ability to influence executive-level stakeholders and translate technical challenges into business impact.
• Advanced proficiency with iterative development methodologies and tools like Linear or Jira.

Nice to have

• Prior professional experience as a Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Data Developer.
• Success in driving internal adoption of technical platforms, SDKs, or APIs across product lines.
• Experience with distributed vector databases or specialized AI inference engines like Triton or Ray.
