What you will do

• Manage the full client onboarding process, including connectivity, session setup, and pilot trades.
• Monitor and resolve production issues to ensure seamless trading experiences.
• Collaborate with developers and reliability engineers to document and prioritize system workflows.
• Partner with trading, product, and sales teams to translate client requests into roadmap items.
• Maintain clear documentation to facilitate team-wide knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 3-10 years of experience in a fast-paced, client-facing trading environment.
• Strong expertise in trading systems, order entry protocols, and market data protocols.
• Deep understanding of the client onboarding lifecycle, including FIX protocol and network routing.
• Proven ability to lead and complete technical projects.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
• Reliable and predictable availability with flexibility to collaborate across time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python.
• Experience with KDB+.
• Product expertise in asset classes like FX or Fixed Income.
