What you will do

• Design and ship agentic workflows using AI tooling like Copilot and Claude.
• Maintain a quality-first approach with automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Own SRE and DevOps outcomes, including CI/CD health and system reliability.
• Build and optimize solutions across .NET, SQL Server, and Azure environments.
• Mentor team members and drive technical standards through influence.
• Manage releases using structured CD systems and Jira.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• Significant hands-on engineering experience with .NET and SQL Server.
• Comprehensive scripting capability in PowerShell and bash.
• Proven experience with CI/CD, release management, and infrastructure automation.
• Ability and willingness to obtain Security Clearance.
• Strong ownership mindset and experience working in regulated settings.
