What you will do

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable microservices for payment processing.
• Collaborate in cross-functional Agile teams to deliver features that impact millions of global users.
• Ensure system reliability and performance during high-traffic events like Black Friday.
• Write clean, testable code using a test-first approach (TDD/BDD).
• Contribute to engineering community initiatives, including hackathons and knowledge sharing.
• Apply SRE practices to improve service operations and minimize incident impact.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK and able to commute to the London office.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing cloud-native distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with .NET (C#) and modern engineering patterns.
• Strong background in automated testing practices (TDD/ATDD/BDD).
• Experience operating microservices in a production environment.
• Proficiency with at least one cloud provider (Azure preferred).
• Experience with Agile and XP methodologies.
