What you will do

• Drive high-level architectural design and troubleshoot complex systems.
• Utilize AI tools like Claude Code as the primary mechanism for software creation.
• Act as a role model for design reviews, code quality, and test-driven processes.
• Collaborate with product, design, and support teams to execute project roadmaps.
• Mentor team members and drive organizational alignment on engineering standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in C#, .NET, SQL, and Cloud technologies.
• Strong expertise in AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
• Proficiency in Angular, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US or Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Terraform, and PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agentic AI workflows.
• Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
