Product Operations Specialist (Entertainment Tech)

What you will do

• Manage back offices, including the creation, configuration, and maintenance of experiences across ticketing platforms.
• Perform daily operational monitoring to ensure the correct setup and performance of published experiences.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Product, QA, Marketing, and Finance to coordinate experience launches.
• Oversee external partner API integrations and coordinate technical fixes with technical teams.
• Participate in weekly alignment meetings to report operational issues and set priorities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in similar operations roles.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Must be based in Melbourne.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office and ability to learn SQL and internal dashboard tools.
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
