Senior Product Operations Manager (AI Workflows)

Location: Remote within the EU; Berlin preferred. Flexible setup with remote, hybrid, or Berlin office options.

What you will do

• Own and continuously evolve the Product Operating System, including roadmaps, PRDs, OKRs, feature-request triage, release management, retrospectives, and KPIs.
• Design and ship AI-powered workflows for PRD drafting, feature-request triage, release notes, and related Product processes.
• Build the Product analytics foundation with the Data team, including dashboards, KPI governance, data quality standards, and supporting tools.
• Evaluate and rationalise the Product tool stack across Notion, Jira, Cursor, Claude Code, n8n, Gumloop, and Notion AI.
• Coach Product Managers on tools and workflows while establishing appropriate consistency across the tech organisation.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Commercial, Support, and Product leadership to shape the Product Operations function.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Strategy & Operations, Technical Program Management, or a similar field.
• Hands-on fluency with modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and Notion AI.
• Strong systems-thinking skills, product instincts, and empathy for Product Managers.
• Experience building operating models from a blank page and working effectively in ambiguity.
• Crisp written communication and the ability to own outcomes end-to-end.
• Fluent English required; remote work is possible within the EU.

Nice to have

• Experience in a fast-growing B2B SaaS or platform business.
• Hands-on experience with prompting, evaluations, low-code/no-code workflows, light scripting, or API integrations.
• Familiarity with n8n, Gumloop, Make, or similar tools.
• Direct fintech experience.
