What you will do

• Embed at client headquarters and logistics hubs to audit physical and digital processes and uncover root-cause bottlenecks.
• Design, prototype, and scale mathematical supply chain models using Python and SQL to optimize cargo movement.
• Lead solution design for order management, transportation planning, and data integration capabilities.
• Partner with commercial teams to create high-impact proposals and present ROI projections to C-suite executives.
• Collaborate with engineers to transform field insights into permanent platform features.
• Manage 90-day deployment sprints, running data pipelines and delivering measurable cost reductions.

Requirements

• BA/BS or higher in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in supply chain management, logistics engineering, or product management.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• Proven ability to build decision-support systems and reason about end-to-end physical dependencies.
• Strong technical program management skills and experience influencing executive stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to work on-site at ports, warehouses, and client hubs.

Nice to have

• Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, Agile, or SCRUM.
• Deep expertise in global freight forwarding, customs compliance, or TMS/WMS software (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Prior experience in high-growth tech startups or top-tier management consulting firms.
