What you will do

• Identify and engage prospective law firm contacts via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Research target accounts to identify key decision-makers and personalize outreach.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure a productive discovery process.
• Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives and manage the handoff process.
• Maintain accurate records of all activities and pipeline progress in Salesforce CRM.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and skill development programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in business development, inside sales, or similar roles.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Chicago, Illinois.
• Familiarity with B2B sales processes and prospecting techniques.
