Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 USD

What you will do

• Define and evolve the creative vision and visual identity across the company's portfolio of brands.
• Translate business priorities and audience insights into creative direction for marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Develop scalable visual systems, design frameworks, and brand standards to ensure consistency.
• Establish and optimize the creative operating model, including intake, prioritization, and resource planning.
• Partner with executive leadership as a trusted advisor on brand positioning and visual storytelling.
• Manage and optimize relationships with external agencies and freelance creative partners.

Requirements

• 10+ years of design experience, blending top-tier agency and in-house brand team environments.
• Proven track record of presenting complex creative concepts directly to executive leadership.
• Expert-level mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proficiency in Canva and experience using JIRA for project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communication Design, or equivalent experience.
• Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or multi-product corporate environments.
• Experience with Premiere and After Effects.
