What you will do

• Translate long-term organizational vision into clear directions and actionable product roadmaps for internal tools.
• Prioritize initiatives and features based on business value, user impact, and operational constraints.
• Define and enforce product practices, standards, and quality metrics throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to manage trade-offs between scope, quality, timelines, and value.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to monitor usage patterns and pain points.
• Implement internal communication and adoption strategies, including the creation of training materials.

Requirements

• College degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
• Ability to work from the office in Montreal or Paris.
• Strong analytical mindset, leadership skills, and proficiency in problem-solving.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including public speaking.

Nice to have

• Certification in project management or process optimization.
• Knowledge of the video game industry and production.
• Experience with SCRUM/AGILE and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
