What you will do

• Act as a key stakeholder for feature prioritization and product roadmap development.
• Manage LiveOps, in-game events, and sales to maximize revenue and player engagement.
• Analyze game data and build automated reports to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with game teams to test and measure high-impact product changes.
• Design and implement tools for rapid iteration and feature improvement.
• Create A/B testing experiments with clear success criteria based on game metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Business Intelligence within the F2P games industry.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Experience writing SQL queries and distilling complex analysis into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to manage projects from concept through completion.
• Ability to diagnose game economy and drive healthy behavioral metrics.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
